Temporary maintenance work
Due to scheduled maintenance, our online services will be temporarily limited from Wednesday 20 May, 7:00 PM until Thursday 21 May, 8:00 AM.
During this period, you may experience the following:
- Logging into your My Account will temporarily not be possible.
- Booking a flexible public transport ride via the Transdev app during the maintenance period is not possible. However, you can book your ride in advance for a later time.
We are working to complete the maintenance as quickly as possible and to minimize any inconvenience. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
If you are unable to log in to your My Account after the maintenance work, we recommend creating a new password using the ‘Forgot password’ option.
